Application of MicroAid system is very important for PUSPEM as user and it cannot be replaced by other system to access needed information. At least if PUSPEM doesn’t have internet connection in the office, they can access it at internet café or public internet.
There are some benefits of using MicroAid system as follows:
1. Online system can be used to register members and make projects proposal, bulletin and to develop website.
2. Trained group members for understanding and using MicroAid system.
3. Trained community groups for making projects proposal through MicroAid system.
To reach target, PUSPEM has prepared some steps for user as follows:
1. Identify capability of PUSPEM group as MicroAid user.
2. Give information about MicroAid
3. Prepare materials for training
4. Give information how to use MicroAid system
5. Give training how to make projects proposal
6. Give training how to access internet
Constraints and problems
Application of MicroAid system has two main problems as follows:
1. To reach and to access information through internet are costly because of limited internet café and public internet in Aceh at the moment.
2. It takes much time to access network because of slow network access and sometimes network doesn’t exist.
Budget details
a. Materials and supplies:
- White board (1 x 250.000) = Rp. 250,000
- Banner (1 x Rp. 250,000) = Rp. 250,000
- Guidance Book (Rp. 10,000 x 10 persons) = Rp. 100,000
b. Training and reporting
- Internet training = Rp. 1,000,000
- Reporting = Rp. 250,000
c. Media and Training Materials
- Venue (7 days x Rp. 500,000) = Rp. 3,000,000
- Internet rental (dial up) (7 days x Rp. 80,000) = Rp. 560,000
d. Transport, accommodation and communication
- Airfare Jakarta – Banda Aceh – Jakarta (2 persons x Rp. 1,200,000) = Rp. 4,800,000
- Accommodation for trainers (2 persons x Rp. 150,000 x 7 days) = Rp. 2,100,000
- Local transport for trainers (2 persons x Rp. 100,000 x 7 days) = Rp. 1,400,000
- Local transport for participants (10 persons x Rp. 25,000 x 7 days) = Rp. 3,500,000
- Accommodation for participants (10 persons x Rp. 25,000 x 7 days) = Rp. 1,750,000
e. Management fee = Rp. 1,000,000
f. Salaries:
- Trainers (2 persons x Rp. 1,000,000) = Rp. 2,000,000
- Organizer = Rp. 1,000,000
Total = Rp. 22,960,000 + 10% (Rp. 3,396,000) for MicroAid System
Grand Total = Rp. 16,356,000 (fully paid)
Follow up plan (without new funds)
After observing progress of training process of MicroAid system, PUSPEM considers it’s necessary to develop the program so community groups can use it evenly
